Hayleys Plantations, the most innovative plantation companies in Sri Lanka, reached another exceptional landmark being declared winners of Great HR Practices at the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) National HR Conference 2018.
The award was presented to the Hayleys Plantations sector in recognition of its remarkable efforts in developing a modernised and extensive system of Human Resource management covering every level of employment within the organisation under the umbrella of its flagship initiative: ‘You Are Identified’.
Hayleys Plantations was also declared Gold Award winners at the SLITAD People Development Awards 2017, while also setting international benchmarks on having been declared winners of the South Asian Business Excellence Award 2017, winners of the Global HRM Awards 2017 and winners of the Asia Pacific HRM Awards for the past two years running.
