Leading integrated engineering solutions specialist Fentons Ltd. has announced that it had re-branded as ‘Hayleys Fentons’. Since its inception in 1921, Fentons Ltd has been a key player in providing electrical, mechanical and telecommunications engineering solutions, earning a reputation for unmatched industry expertise and awareness.
This move is following Hayleys’ acquisition of a further 24.5% of the company’s issued share capital in July 2019, increasing Hayleys PLC stake to 99.5% of the company.
Both Hayleys and Fentons share a rich heritage which spans over a period of more than 100 years. The acquisition of Fentons by Hayleys in 2016, created the prefect partnership, allowing both companies to share their strong and parallel value systems.
