The centre at Hayleys PLC provide management services to the Group. These include Treasury Unit (TU), the Strategic Business Development Unit (SBDU), Group Legal, Management Audit & System Review Department (MA & SRD), Corporate Affairs Unit (CAU), Information Technology (IT), Tax, HR and Related Services such as Corporate Communications, Corporate Premises Management Division, and Finance.
Hayleys Group Services carries out Company Secretarial functions for the entire Group of companies.
