Kelani Valley Plantations PLC (KVPL) bagged six awards for the Hayleys Plantations sector at the National Business Excellence Awards 2019.
KVPL cemented its position as one of the most respected plantations in Sri Lanka by winning the Gold Award for Overall Excellence, being only the second plantation company to win this prestigious title since TTEL was the winner the previous year.
KVPL also walked away with the Gold Awards for Excellence in Performance Management, Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and the Extra Large Company categories, in addition to Silver Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance and the Agriculture and Plantations Sector.
